Terms of Sale

Who we are

Interior Automations ("Interior Automations," "we," "us," or "Seller") is a trade name of Fozcorp, Ltd, a Wyoming corporation. We sell home automation, audio, video, and related equipment ("Products"). These Terms of Sale apply to Product sales and to use of https://www.interiorautomations.com.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Prices, availability, and delivery estimates can change until we confirm your order. Some Products may be designated non-cancellable or non-returnable when you order. Quotes expire in thirty (30) days unless the quote says otherwise.

Payment and taxes

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or checkout, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices do not include shipping, duties, or taxes unless we say they do. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless you provide a valid exemption or resale certificate.

Shipping and title

We may get Products to you in either of two ways:

Carrier shipment. We tender the Products to a common carrier for shipment. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, carrier shipments are EXW or FOB origin. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender the Products to the carrier. Shortage or damage after that point should be reported promptly to the carrier and to us.
Personal delivery. We (or someone we arrange) bring the Products to your address and hand them over there. This is not a carrier shipment. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender the Products to you at that address.

Both carrier shipment and personal delivery are ways of delivering Products to your address. Delivery dates are estimates either way.

Returns

Returns require our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must follow our return process. Returned Products generally must be unopened in original manufacturer packaging. Opened, used, or custom Products are generally not returnable except as required by applicable law or the manufacturer. Restocking fees may apply. Products we designate as non-cancellable or non-returnable cannot be returned except as required by law.

Warranties

We are not the manufacturer. Product warranties are the manufacturer's warranties only. We pass through any transferable manufacturer warranties we receive. Except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties for Products, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid us for that Product.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.interiorautomations.com, which is part of these Terms.

Export

If Products are exported or re-exported, you are responsible for complying with applicable U.S. and other export laws.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. The "Effective Date" will change when we do. Orders placed after a change are governed by the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms and any Product sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that venue.

Entire agreement

These Terms (together with any order confirmation, invoice terms we state in writing, and the Privacy Policy) are the full agreement for Product sales through this site, and they replace prior discussions on the same subject. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
